I finally reached Tirjit after two full days and one night of travelling, allowing myself to relax in the hostel's pool, while I wait for my German friends to reach the agreed rendezvous location 🏊
The tents are comfy and there aren't many mosquitoes just yet; and the food is such an amazing reward 🥰
We get to visit the oasis adjacent to the camp in the morning, while nearly empty. The dates are sweet and juicy, the pool is refreshing and the surrounding area definitely is astoundingly beautiful!
In the morning, we visit another hidden gem of the region close by, Mhaireth.
Kids are playing in the natural pools, in between palm trees and arid sand dunes 🪨
