While most of the pictures here are not exactly from Septemvri, I will post them as a single step, with the highlights of the Rhodopes line: a beautiful narrow-gauge train winding through hills and valleys from Dobrinishte to Septemvri, where it connects to the higher speed intercity railway to Plovdiv.
A beautiful ode to slow travel and the nearly vanished rural door-to-door train systems.
